Everyone have some goals in their life that they want to achieve but goals cannot be achieved by day dreaming about them. One has to put efforts and invest their time for achieving those goals.

Before starting to work on goal, what one needs is a direction and that direction be achieved by turning the goal into a SMART goal.

So, for #JustStart experience I turned my goal i.e. develop confidence into a SMART goal i.e. I want to develop confidence by the end of Amal Fellowship by working on my presentation and communication skills and by listening to ted talks an hour daily, participating in group discussions in Amal Academy and by giving presentations.

I really need to achieve this or I can say that this is my top priority because I hesitate in expressing my opinions in front of others and that also affect my communication skills.

36th IEEEP All Pakistan Students Seminar was scheduled on 30th of March. One Person from my group had to present the research paper in front of a large audience. So, I insisted my friend that I will be the presenter. Although she was not agreeing because she always used to present whenever one person from group had to present, but when I insisted a lot , everyone agreed.

I presented in front of audience and answered their questions, and our paper has been selected for the award of Silver medal. I really felt happy and satisfied and came to know that I can give presentations in front of large audience without hesitating.

As I took one step towards achieving my goal, now I am looking forward to take more steps towards it and for that I am planning to actively participate in my sessions of Amal Academy.
